The reason so few people apply is that the process is
complicated and has strict documentation
requirements. The pharmaceutical companies
usually provide a 90 day supply of the
medication, so the whole process is repeated
regularly for each medication. If mistakes
are made, the process must be re-done
from the beginning.

How It Works

Health Assist RX has developed a computerized system for the purpose of processing these applications. This system, combined with the knowledge and experience of our staff, provide you with a reliable supply of medication at a very low cost.

Do I Qualify?

The rules are: if you have no prescription insurance coverage or have exceeded your policy limits, AND you earn less than $2,000 per month as an individual, or as a couple you earn less than $3,000 per month, then you qualify for free medication.

What’s the Cost?

Health Assist charges a one-time application fee of $25, plus a service fee of $15 per medication per month. The medications are provided at no cost by the Pharmaceutical companies, so your total cost is $15 per med per month.
